View Full Version : Annoying neighbors pissing you off?

:fuyou012: Every neighborhood seems to have at least one annoying neighbor. I don't have a Homeowner's Association but there's someone in my neighborhood that sends letters with No Return Address complaining about shit.

They bitch about cars parked in the yard or changing your oil in your own damn driveway or telling you to keep you grass cut more. Who the hell are these people?? :mental:

I've got teenagers; we have lots of guests. I change my own oil and cut my damn grass when I feel like it. Got any annoying neighbors and any ideas on how to handle these people that need to get a life?

I'm friends with the closest 7 houses around us. I live on the corner and we all get along and are friends.

I'm very fortunate!

LOL, you must live where Brad Shaw lives. He sent an anonymous letter to one of his neighbors :)

I don't have any physically close neighbors but the one up the road likes to overreact about EVERYTHING and I'm usually the one he likes to talk to about it. He currently has yellow "caution" tape around his property's perimeter because he's upset about the house being built between the two of us.

He left so many notes on one neighbor's door about their dog barking (I live closer and I never heard the dog bark) that they were threatening to arrest him for trespassing (a sheriff's deputy lives there) :)

Brad Shaw sent an anon note to neighbour? ahahahahahhahaha

Oh dear...lol

My neighbours don't really talk to me and leave me alone , dunno why....

:)

Last time I spoke to a neighbour was at my old house.

They came round to say that "some of my boys" were driving down the street a bit fast ( They must have thought Ant etc was my son. LOL )

I said " thats a valid point I'll ask them to take it a bit easier"

One of the delegation on the doorstep then starting talking and looked like he might launch into a rant...so I cut him short by snarling
"You've made your point. Quit while you're ahead and fuck off"
And then slammed the door.

:)

I love living in a neighbourhood where I'm the worst person.

:)

Keep an eye out for the guy with the perfect lawn, that doesn't change his oil on the driveway and has no visitors. Then go and take a shit on his porch and set fire to his lawn. :)

We used to have a guy that had video monitors at every corner of his house and on the porch. He had signs in the window warning you that by entering his yard, you were under video surveillance and that he can use the video tapes in a court of law bla bla bla. The kids hit a ball into his yard once and went in his yard to retrieve it. Within 10 minutes cops were there and he was trying to file a report. :) I don't know what happened to the guy but I am pretty sure the city doesn't care for their time being wasted because of some kids and a kickball.

I have this guy across my driveway who's mission in life is to make the loudest noises in the neighborhood ... constantly.

He'll has a motor cycle he'll rev up for 15 minutes, an ATM his kid will drive up and down the driveway (apparently no where else!) for three hours at a time at 40 mph. When it snows he takes out a snowmobile and will run it up and down for two hours (also apparently uses it no where else!)

He has a boat whose engine he'll "test" for 30 minutes at a time and go back inside the house. He'll be moving lumber or something at 4am with no consideration to anyone, and -- my fav -- the bastard will often go outside to his car, the burgler alarm goes off, he let's it go on and on, goes back into his house for five minutes, then jumps in the car and pulls away. I mean WTF?!?!

... I'm confident he has no dick.

I used to live in a townhouse style condo complex. We had the worst neighbors.

One Christmas... they were too lazy to take their 5 garbage bags full of wrapping and crap to the garbage bin so they decided they would just dump it all in my yard!!!

And I knew who it was cause it had all their names on their wrapping tags! LOL.

The closest thing to an annoying neighbor we have right now is the lady behind us, who manages to burn green grass whenever the girlfriend hangs clothes out on the line. Oh, there's the visual blight when she decides to go into her yard in her swimsuit ...

Now, we live across the street from one of the town parks. Every Labor Day they have a big town festival, which is pretty neat. The only thing I find annoying is that they have a big Baptist church service in the park the day before Labor Day. My girlfriend does not approve of my idea to start a county Black Sabbath Fan Club and have our annual meeting in our yard at the same time every year.

My neighbor backed her car into my roomates (who is also a cop) car the other day, Then the old hag tried to blame it on Chris for parking in the street. LOL

My life is pretty golden ever since the drug dealing bikers who got raided by the SWAT team all went to prison.

They got replaced by nuts of another, safer, persuasion - but still nutcases.

*They* got replaced by...normal people. It took a good long time to get used to raised voices that were laughing and saying "great time, hope to have you over again!" and things of like nature. :o Wow, we thought. So *that's* what normalcy sounds like from over there.

Gee... and here all I've got is an apartment full of college students that like to come home at 3am drunk and blaring their car stereos and think it is appropriate.

oh... there's the landlord that likes to cut grass outside my window at 730 am.... usually on a saturday when I'm sleeping off a hangover.
Damn, I forgot about the chronic pot smoking roomate (wait we were talking about neighbors) . How about the drug dealer (i'm assuming) who's buzz to get into the apartment is deceptively similar to mine so I get phone calls from random people to get into the building at all hours.

That is all

Better yet, spell "CRACK HOUSE" in big thick letters on his lawn with gasoline. He'll have to completely re-fill and re-sod the entire yard to get rid of it. ... that's what I hear anyway... :whistling

A couple of years ago I had my old 1976 Ford ThunderBird sitting out on the
front of the house, in the street.

One of the neighbors called the police, complaining that it was an eye sore
and I should at least hide it. I was pissed when the cops showed up.

A week later, I removed all four tires and set the car on blocks.

And to my neighbor I say...There is your fucking eye sore!!

So I am told.
This may be true, but my source informs me that gasoline kills the soil down to about 4 inches as well as the grass. And that means replacing the topsoil, but you can't just replace the affected topsoil because then the grass won't grow evenly and the words will literally Grow back. Such an evil mind this source has, tsk, tsk...

Salt in vinegar works well as a prank.

Yup, I think I've caught all of the episodes - that or I keep missing any new ones in the schedule. Wasn't the car they shot up the same car that they tried all the chemicals on? Donated by a fan of the show if memory serves.
