Well, Nick...you threw the pitch into the strike zone and over the left field fence it went.

Perhaps "A Question for Hockey Fans" would have been a better subject line. :)

Edited: Diction Nazi thanks Queen Bitch. :okthumb:

The day my pussy's as loose as Nick's ass, I'll have surgery. But I'd imagine I have at least 45 inches to go yet.

This thread will continue when Nick returns from the ER..he's having my boot surgically removed from his ass.

Better be in good shape, too...those were expensive :P

Now, hold on a minute here, QB! :)

I happen to have a "college boy" who's been so busy with his homework that there hasn't been any...um..."zipping"...no, that's got the wrong connotation...um...hell, the man's doing his homework right now. He's swearing at quadratic equations.

*sigh*
The good news is: next class, he'll be a sophomore. The bad news is: his next class is "Religion." I've already extracted the promise that I will never, ever, EVER have to listen to "what I learned in school today." (I threatened anatomical parts.)

Tude is damned tasty looking, though! :okthumb:

I looked it up on google and the average NHL hockey game lasted 2 hours and 19 minutes so you should be on your way out the door somewhere between 9:10 and 9:30 pm.

Is there not concern that with the expanded overtime format, games will run too long?

No. With the addition of the tag-up rule, history suggests that our games will be quicker. When the League first introduced the tag-up rule in 1986-87, the average length of our games dropped by seven minutes from two hours and 36 minutes in 1985-86 to two hours and 29 minutes in 1986-87. Our average length of game in 2003-04 was two hours and 19 minutes. So we do not expect games to run longer.

If there is overtime, a lot of stoppages, or a long fight then maybe between 9:45 and 10:00 or so.
