On paper or actually money that can be used to buy important things like clothes, shoes, and accessories? Still working on the actual money part.

That's the thing I like about Oprano. If I'd posted this over at a site that rhymes with "go pluck yourself" I'd have had some colorful responses.

Here people like to keep it real. That's nice.

So I'm sure we have some modest millionaires amongst us, let's hear it folks.

I was a millionaire before I had heard of the web.

I have always been very good at making money , the only problem is that I'm fucking brilliant at spending it :)

Yes, but your family smiles a lot, which is the point of the whole exercise. :)

Good point!!!

I mean you , sarettah , morgan and PD are what ? All in your mid fifties now?

35 years of earning power. You might all be nearly there.

Dravyk ,however ,REALLY needs to really start kicking it though ....unless he lives to 110. :)

Let's see here...Nick is 3 1/2 years younger than I (doing math furiously), so if I'm in my MID fifties, then Nick must be.....okay. This is good :)

Something I like to tell people when they get started on the "millionaire" thing

EVERYONE is a millionaire!!!

if you work 20 years at 50K a year, 50 years at 20k a year or 1 year at 1M a year you are a millionaire

The story of how we pissed (or lost/spent) the first million away might be more colorful

A lot in this business might have done it on dope, hookers, parties with no ROI, toys and stuff I can even think of

I never counted it to the cent but there sure were a lot of clothes, great vacations, crazy shopping sprees, great trips, lost of amazing dinners, an ex-wife getting a very small chunk (who was 16 years younger), then a fiancée who is 22 years younger, couple of (relativity speaking) cheap cars, a nice house and some not so good business decisions. Probably a lot I'm forgetting

A few things of the mentioned above actually may have put something on the plus side of the ledger

Ah what the fuck, it's only money

I've spent all my money on male hookers :( Obviously not much on cocaine though, unless I'm the fattest cocaine addict ever ;)
