Hi PK,

I saw your post over at the zoo. I am very sorry to hear about you and Smokey having to deal with his cancer and you having to arrive at your final decision. Jen and I had to put Kitkat to sleep at about the age of 15 because of cancer. Same sort of circumstance, one of the hardest decisions to make.

Our thoughts are with you and Smokey :(

Very sorry to hear that ... as much as I kid around about abusing my two cats, they mean more to me than most people do.

why do all of you address somebody who doesn't even read Oprano?

Dear Mr Heffner,
how do you feel about your children?

Let's see who responds first,
PK or Hugh...my bet of $10 is on Hugh.

So sorry to hear about your loss PK. :( I faced the same decision a year ago when one of my beagles got cancer. One of the worst times I've ever gone through!

She's posted here before if my memory serves me correct...

Sorry to hear that PK....I had a cat named Smokey, too...part persian and all attitude. He lived a long life and is now over the rainbow bridge as well.

It's so hard to lose pets. My hubby didn't want another dog after Major died because it was just too hard to go through his death. I reminded him that if he had that attitude before we got Major, we would have never known how wonderful it was to have him in our lives and we wouldn't have all those fantastic memories.....

It IS hard....but, the time we spend with them is soooooo worth it in the end. :)

You could shave it, bleach it, perfume it, and have more fucking surgery than Dick Clark and Phyllis Diller, and it STILL wouldn't look like that.

lol I was waiting for that. A very very similar situation happened over on another board recently... someone said she didn't go to the board & got totally owned.

And PK needs to know (though she probably does already), no one here would ever be low enough to try to get her over just for this. We're all pretty sincere I know. Webmasters just usually post on the board they go to the most when things happen, and rarely think about "going to the board" that they know (or think) something might best be seen.

I know when I had my last cat, which was for only about seven years, and it died it really hurt. And Smokey was around a long time.
