I'm sure I can think of dumber ones, but who the hell paid out enough money for them to make 4 "Tremors" movies?

I just pre-ordered the new box set....

the dumbest by far is The Howling series
I love a good werewolf movie and the original is still one of ther best of all-time werewolf movies, but the sequels were shite, even by my taste.,..and I'm the guy who owns the movie "Monsturd" about a killer half-man/half-lump of shit (no, not George W Bush)

a close second would be the Amityville Horror series...

Maybe Twin Peaks.

You either loved it or hated it.
I thought it was good for awhile, but then it started to get stupid.

I agree ... the first Police Academy movie was funny as hell.

Tremors didn't get any worse from 1 through 4, as far as I could tell. It had nowhere to go but up - it didn't.

Me, too, crumpet. Some of my faves.

The only thing that pisses me off totally about the Halloween series (ok, it's impossible to get *that* emotional about this sort of thing, but...something like that) is: who in the absolute HELL was the guy with the silver tipped cowboy boots?????? Michael Myers in cell...close up on silver tipped cowboy boots walking to cell...and...no explanation. Ever.

I also want to know if Jamie Lee Curtis had to pay money to have her character killed off in that little "tack on the beginning" sequence.

Anybody else ever see "C.H.U.D."? :)

Revenge of the Nerds. Especially since the ended up on "straight to VHS/DVD" and as TV specials.

8 with a 9th in the works and a *shudder* fucking remake being discussed...

I have forgiven a lot that happened in the Halloween series:
in Part 3, there was no Michael Myers...movie was decent if it were titled something else...so forgiven...

Part 6 had that whole thorn cult thing and the whacky cops...decent kill scenes, so forgiven...

Part 8 had Bustah fucking Rhymes going one on one with Big Mike...no fucking way...ever! Fuck John Carpenter for cashing that check (he's often admitted he hates the series, but enjoys cashing the checks he gets even though he hasn't went near a Halloween screenplay since Part 3)

Morgan, silver tipped cowboy boots guy was supposed to be part of the Thorn cult alluded to in Part 6, but some fuckface studio suit at Dimension films had some ideas of their own...fuck Dimension films...

sorry, did I go off on a rant there? pardon me...

It made me want to return to Elm Street (after the dogshit part 5 and 6, I was afraid, but they got it right with part 7 and then of course FvJ)

I actually enjoyed both of those. :whistling

A lot of people, myself included, thought the Freddy vs. Jason was done pretty well though most people panned the Alien vs Predator movie.

I guess it's the genre, but I just can't take most of them.

My biggest issue with Alien Vs. Predator was not only the watering down for the PG13, but the jumpcuts were too quick and at times it was hard to tell what was going on due to those quick cuts
