Man does it smell strong... My entire kitchen and into my office area smells with these cajun spices... Should be interesting to see if I like the stuff....

can't make it for crap though.

Actually I gave up on the bag of chips I was contemplating eating for dinner

I haven't had very much cajun food, but what I've had I like. I adore red beans and rice. Haven't had curry in ages. I used to make a good one. I think I'm going to go surfing at some recipe places later and print out some good recipes for all three of the above. I have some chicken in the freezer that should have something special done to it.
