Depends on how good the person is, how well known and what services you require.

I usually make up all sorts of stuff....

Nobody ever offered to pay me for it though :huh:

I know we talked about this before and I just thought of something.
Check out some colleges and hit their theater dept. Theater majors will know about make-up and I'm sure you could find someone who can do make up for video at a good price.

until he starts bringing girls in a few times a week and never buys anything.

He could only get away with it for a short time or until he exhausted all the malls. :)
