Those look like you might be able to actually walk in them too. Not that I would though.

Shoes like that are not made to touch the floor. I wear them behind my ears!

Remember that dinner party in Florida 3 years ago... I was wearing a long black evening gown and pair of shoes like these. (Except they had ties that laced up my leg and absolutely 0 ankle support).
