How many of you are happy with them as a company versus PayPal ?
Granted, I think they are 'slightly' the lesser of two evils as their regular account fees arne't nearly as high but I ordered a Electron card 6 months after opening my account over there and they are charging me $35 for the 6 months plus an "ANNUAL" renewal fee when I haven't even had the damn card for a year.. wtf
It isn't the money that bothers me so much it is the principal.. Add in the fact that their customer service call center is full of people who don't know what the hell is going on... and if you have a problem with a merchant good LUCK resolving it... And I would say they are side by side with Ebay.. or close to it ..
