Was doing some morning reading before jumping into work and came across an article rating the best value parks in america for a family to see a baseball game. Miller Park in Milwaukee, WI came in number one. One of the factors had this to say...

The 'hood here is merely an asphalt sea -- but it plays host to the greatest tailgating scene in all of Major League Baseball. College-aged Wisconsinites huddle around coolers and pledge their support for Miller products; adults kick back in lawn chairs, grilling meats and swigging MGDs, while their law-abiding kids play catch and have conversations like this one, which I can attest to overhearing in May:
Thirteen-year-old to his friend, while both excitedly observe a nearby tailgate party: "Dude, those guys are getting plastered."
Friend: "If you want to see plastered, just wait 'til I'm 21."

TE...my heart is warmed every time you post something about Wisconsin. :)
I live in California, a huge state, the third largest economy in the world...countless things to see...and all I want to post about it is "I want out!!" I hope someday I get to live somewhere that moves me to post as you do about Wisconsin. :)

It's a great state. As with all states it has it's faults but overall it's a great place to live. We love our sports teams here, especially the Packers, and when people go to a game they enjoy the hell out of it.

I am the biggest Cowboys fan on the earth, and I can honestly say that
the Green Bay Packers Fans are the best. I loved hanging out with them
at Texas Stadium during the regular season and NFC Championship games.

I would strap down to my head a cheese graders and when the cheese heads walked by, I would ask them to get a little closer...because I needed some nacho cheese.

A couple of times after a couple of games a bunch of cheese heads and myself would head out to West End in Dallas and party. I've never come
across a lousy Packer Fan...That's why they are the best. :)
