should IPSP's be trusted?

I'm being rubbed the wrong way lately and I'm getting upset about it. I'm speaking beyond the whole "we're holding onto your money" thing.

I have a small recurring member base and a few weeks ago the checks stopped coming. Now I know something is NOT right. What should I do?

There appears to be a discrepancy between what I believe I should be getting paid, and what I'm actually getting paid. I don't know if I should name them. All I know is I'm really damn frustrated with the situation.

They keep saying stuff like "oh, well that was for sales made 3 weeks ago" it's like fuuuuuuck why I am I waiting 3 weeks for my money!
