my house is still standing.
I have to admit I was quite moved by the destruction left in the path of hurricane Katrina. I made a donation to the American Red Cross. Maybe it's because I am a new Dad, and that I'm not the self-absorbed person I once was when I was single.
I tried to imagine what it must be like to have your entire home blown away, all the while your kids wondering what the heck is going on. I hope all those people affected are well taken care of.
