hehehe, doesn't take much, just saute him up in some chopped garlic and butter, served with a nice crisp sauv blanc (or a pinot if you must have red) and I'm there! lol

my friend and i tried eating a few squirrels (didn't really have a choice) and i have to say that they were really ... disgusting. beaver tastes like hell too. 2 weeks later, we ate some swans. now that i think about it, that was a really fucked up hunting trip. ahh.... alaska!

me and a few of my friends used to just take off walking into the mountains to see how long we could survive. sometimes without guns. sometimes we almost did not survive. when all you have is some twine, a knife and an axe, you have to eat what you can catch :) good times!

(now i am suddenly realizing why i hate alaska)

Cooked in clay to help peel off the spikes. Traditionally pikey meal.

tastes like chicken lol
