A veteran Chicago Police officer is expected in court today, accused of ordering women during two separate traffic stops to flash him and, in one case, to "do a little dance" without her panties.

Mike Allegretti, who works in the Albany Park District, was charged Thursday with bribery and official misconduct, a law enforcement source said.

The incidents occurred in November 2004 and May 2005, the source said.

In the November incident, Allegretti allegedly made a traffic stop on the 4700 block of West Irving after the woman ran a red light. The woman didn't have a driver's license or proof of insurance and she admitted to Allegretti to being an illegal alien.

At that point, Allegretti allegedly told the woman: "Flash me." The woman refused.

Later, after Allegretti had arrested the woman and taken her to the Albany Park station, he allegedly told her he wouldn't write her a ticket for having no insurance if she flashed him.

The woman again refused, but did open her jacket, the source said.

Allegretti then told the woman to return the following day to the location of the traffic stop, where she was to dance for him without her underwear on, the source said.

The woman didn't return and called police.

During the May traffic stop on the 3900 block of West Eddy, Allegretti told another woman to show him her breasts after he learned she was driving on a ticket, but didn't have the ticket with her, the source said.

Allegretti then allegedly told the woman to follow him to a nearby alley, but she refused and instead told him to give her a ticket. Allegretti allegedly then told her to leave. The woman immediately called police, the source said. Allegretti was taken off patrol duty a day after the May incident, the source said.

That is completely fucking sick... Good for both of those women for having the guts to go to the police after one of "their own" treated them so rudely!

She ran a red light, no drivers license, no insurance and an illegal alien and you think she has rights

What if she would have ran into the officer and killed him?

but yes the officer was way out of line but the woman should have been deported

Deported, yes... Harassed and asked to flash her tits and "make a little dance without her panties" in an alley way... No...

Citizen or not, no one should be treated that way. It's not about her having rights or not as a citizen, it's about human decency and the conduct of a police officer.

And, he didn't just treat that one lady that way, he treated another lady the same way. A lady that WAS an American citizen.

Who knows how many other ladies he would have treated in this fashion. Who knows what he would have done if one of them would have gone into the alley way with him.

To even think about it makes me sick. I hope they fire him from the police force and press charges on him too.

Not only that but just because 2 did come forward doesn't mean that's all there was... there easily could have been other women who were similarly harassed & didn't have the courage to mention it, out of embarassment or shame or something.

As the focus is on the officers actions and not on the fact that she's an illegal alien, it may very well be that she -was- deported, we don't know.

Chicken and egg - they are here illegally and have no rights, human or otherwise. An illegal breaking at least 5 laws does not qualify as human.
No respect for rules or laws, no respect for life or the U.S.A.
Doesn't deserve the same treatment

What if the illegal would have killed someone after running a redlight while driving a car without insurance or a license. Guess who foots the bill for that

Bottom line, the cop was wrong and an idiot but ....

The Americans are a different story
