I enjoyed it, if for no other reason than Jared Leto's eyes. :yowsa:

I love costume epics. The battle scenes were a bit excessive with the blood spurts, but I suppose real battles actually are.

It also got bonus points for having a blonde kid grow up to be a blonde adult. I've seen *way* too many movies lately where there was a blonde kid, a screen that says "10 years later" and suddenly he's a brunette. That really bugs.

Good, I'm glad that it was a good movie! I hate getting all excited to see a movie and then getting bummed out because it ended up not being so good...
