Today as I sat bemoaning my lot in life ......
Why have I lost my passion for performing, Why steak on the grill doesn't taste as good as it did, Why is my distance vision failing, Why no one seems to allow me enough time to work, how I don't feel up to pitching Captain Silver at this year's fair .........

I found out that Sam, the 3 year young boy who's benefit I performed at in June passed away from his fight with Leukemia

and there I learned the meaning of trivial pursuit

May his gods keep him as they see fit

Vick,

I was speechless reading your post, I rarely get choked reading a post but this was one of those times when I was.

I can only offer my condolences to his family and to yourself, I offer them to you as this special little man seems to have touched you in both your mind and heart. I can only hope he is now playing happily somewhere.

A life not yet lived and lost, it’s feels so wrong!

:(
