Strolled over to the Fairmount Chateau Whistler next door , with the wife and kids for afternoon tea and choclate fondue , its 88deg outside.

Checking mail and stats , then maybe a swim , then dinner at La Rua. :)

The choices made me grab for a Kleenex. Respectable ladies do not drool on their keyboards and one does so prefer to maintain the illusion that one is a respectable lady. Then my head exploded and I died.

The wine list is outstanding.

But forbidden to me now :( 333 days or 28,771,200 seconds ,or 479,520 minutes ,or 7,992 hours , since I last had a drink



Ant and I went there (during my heavy drinking period) we had Latour ,Lafitte and then Margaux.Good times.

Another time I went there with Scottpb..

That was the night the food and drinks bill was around 8k. :)

Good times though :)

I unfortunately can't drink red wine. It makes me ill. White wine, however, does not. I very rarely drink, but love a glass of wine with a good dinner out. Two sips and I'm extraordinarily cheerful. :)


The entire glass and I gesture for the dessert cart like the Red Queen. :)

Actually, it's worse than you realize. I went back and looked at that post to figure out what I did wrong.

One of us doesn't know how many days there are in a year today.
I knew yesterday.
I'll know tomorrow.
Today? I'm fucked. :)
