MARINA DEL REY, CA

The owners of ePassporte, NV, a pre-paid Visa card and Paycom.net, a leading processor of online payment transactions, have divided their business interests, the companies reported today.

Details and terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Both companies reported, however, that Christopher Mallick is now the sole owner of ePassporte and Joel Hall and Clayton Andrews are the sole owners of Paycom.net. Neither company’s business model will change.

Hall and Andrews, the original Co-Founders of Paycom.net, and Mallick, who joined the company later, had been business partners for five years.

Clay Andrews and Joel Hall issued a joint statement on behalf of Paycom.net, “We are pleased to announce that we have successfully completed a transaction that provides the individuals involved with their own separate and exclusive business and allows both companies to focus on core competencies and goals that are targeted to meet their respective clients' needs. We both wish the ePassporte team the best of luck.”

Christopher Mallick commented on behalf of ePassporte, “I am pleased to be able to focus my full attention on ePassporte and the many exciting opportunities the brand has to offer consumers. I look forward to working with the many associates, vendors and strategic partners much closer now. I am sure Paycom.net will continue to grow and prosper and will remain the industry leader in payment processing.”

Paycom.net will remain in their current offices in Southern California. ePassporte will have a representative office in Southern California, with its corporate headquarters and majority of its business activities remaining in Curacao. ePassporte’s sales and marketing operation is located in Toronto.

Jesus you know the barrel is almost bare when you start 'reporting' (oh and i do use that term VERY lightly) on week old news.

Why dont you build a TGP like all the other wastes of bandwidth out there, at least youll be doing something worthwhile, giving free porn to freeloading GFY'ers :)

Reporting is a much cleaner business than being an unemployeed transexual pusher looking for answers to questions about painkillers.

Maybe the Coast Guard will take you.

Well, I would like to comment on the subject...

VISA/MC and business in multiple regions is high risk... "airtight" is the wave of the future, and Paycom have made their future more secure :-)

"airtight" is the wave of the future
from a business stand point, it should have been a wave all along...

Well... Every US processor´s "flirt" with international business have always been badly handled. Somehow they have always choosen the most risky banks to work with or maybe problems just follow them around ;-))) Fact is that they have always gotten into problems down the line

My 2 cents...

Clay and Joel are laughing there asses off cause all they wanted was shot of Chris and owning paycom.

Chris is laughing his ass off cause epassport is used by party poker and thats where he sees the future.

Bottomline they are all laughing.

Therefore it was a good deal :)

Now THERE You have a story!!

Oh, you missed (not that reporters don't always) the fact that I haven't pushed transsexual stuff in years, when I did I made more in a year than you will in your life..... I am drug free for months now, and hell havent even had a smoke in 3 weeks as of Monday :)

If you want to... Yeah you sure as shit could dig up some dirt on me though. Go for it, I have been forthcoming about everything I have done in my life and every mistake I have.. So again, it's all old news mate..

Agreed, and it Chris makes a few of the proper strategic moves... EPassPorte could become a very valuable commodity if he doesn't cooperate with the IRS. Way beyond the scopes of Party Poker... not that PArty alone doesn't make enough for them to be pulling in the bucks.

i never understood these so called "reporters" that want to dig up shit that I would have told them in the first place...I am the most up front guy, and will come forth with ANYTHING you wanna know...yet, people like lukeford think they have this HUGE scoop on shit, when in reality they just got some info and cut and pasted it from somewhere else...

yeah, i may regret a thing or two here and there, but I am not going to cower like a pussy in the corner because some idiot wannabe news reporter brings it to light, again......LOL

I have this one stalker dude that follows me around to various surfer forums..he has the UGLIEST wife in the biz...and when he digs on me I dig back...and he ALWAYS pulls the Tabitha and Jon Stern AIM story (http://www.mikesouth.com/archives/02022002.htm) out and tried to get me to back down cause I did some stupid shit in LA...whatever, i did it, i fucked up...cant run forever from my past

shit, sorry...rambling again

I've never known Luke to ever "bring it on".

Either two decades of shrinkology is finally paying off ... OR ... what I suspect, this is NOT Luke. More like an impersonation of him by someone with a chip on his shoulder.

Until someone proves it's Luke ... no sense talking to him.

And if it is actually Luke ... then ... no sense talking to him!

:ttth:
