I got a few weeks ago, a mini 4 GB one. I filled it up in no time. I ended giving it to my sister, and got the 20 GB.

Now, I can't go through the day without it. I got a FM transmitor for it in my car, 3 different types of headsets, depending if I'm at work, at home, or at the gym.

Anyone else love their IPOD?

TORONTO (CP) - The fight over a levy on IPods and other digital music devices ended Thursday when the Supreme Court of Canada refused to hear any further arguments on the matter.

That means there will be no levy applied to digital audio recorders such as Apple's popular IPod and IPod Shuffle as well as other MP3 players like IRiver.

"Obviously we're disappointed. We felt it was self-evident that those products are sold for the purpose of copying music," said David Basskin, of the Canadian Private Copying Collective (CPCC), the non-profit agency which collects tariffs on behalf of musicians and record companies.

Was thinking about getting one, but i have a tiny mp3 player for down the gym and had a hd in the boot of the car for mp3's ;) Might get one of the new phones with 4gb mp3 storage though but they will only get bigger.

I've had a 40 gig one for a few years and love it. I can't do the gym without it.

At home I have the Apple Airport Express hooked up to my home stereo so that I can steam my iTunes to it.

And the Air Click to control my laptop so that I don't have to walk to my office.

I've tried a few of the FM transmitters for the car but we don't have any free frequencies to use so they all work like crap. On the 16 I'm having the Alpine head unit with the iPod interface installed into my Vette so that I can just plug my iPod into my car stereo and control it from the head unit.

This is what I'm getting pt in my car on the 16. I'm not buying any of this from the internet but I did Google the stuff for reviews and such.

I still have, and use, my turntable! I have hundreds of great LP's I bought back in the '70s and early '80s that I still listen too. Just getting harder and harder to find a suitable stylus!

I got an iPod mini (4 gig) a couple weeks ago.
I barely use it. It's more like a gadget.

KC got me the 30 gig Photo for my Bday and Im obsessed with it. I finally got through ripping most of my CDs and have about 20 gigs filled. I took it to a wedding a few weeks ago and plugged it into the stereo with a playlist going and it was MUCH better than a cheesy DJ.

The FM transmitter sucks for me too, I think Im going back to the old tape adapter.

Why do you guys hate iTunes? Its been fine for me so far :)

Get the Iriver fm tranceiver, it is way better than the ITripp, and you can choose your fm channel. :)
