Any news on 2257?

Has there been any news or developments on the 2257 issue? If memory serves me correctly August 3rd is the day for the ruling for the injunction.

TE I think I read over some responses from the Justice department on it a couple of weeks back. Short answer is that they are clarifing their broadstroke. Im sure the lawyers will turn up the paranoia heat come next week. Ill try and report back what I find out along with tracking down those responses.
