I've cleaned my clubs off...

Bought a shitload of lady precept balls (not gay! they travel far and feel soft)

Bought a shit load of tees

got a tee time orgainised

and will be hitting the course for the first time in 9mths with leedsfan shortly.

I tried golf in high school. I could never make my balls fly. They just kinda bounced along. So I gave it up and stuck with cheerleading (yes! I was even Captin of my squad).

I stayed at a lovely golf resort in Courteny, BC, when I was on Vacation. But i didnt golf... I just loved the rooms there :)

nothing wrong with pink balls... they're easy to find in the rough... I also have a small store of range balls which get used when i'm hitting anywhere near water.

A guy in our threesome yesterday was playing with an orange ball.
I couldn't wait until he lost it. Only took 3 holes.

I am not disappointed :)

First 3/4 holes were uglt ugly for me ,recovered to lose the front 9 by 1.It was reasonably close after then. :)

Leedsfan shot 85 , good short game very good putter.
I shot 93. Hitting driver and irons well ,but all touch gone...4 putted twice.
But the irons and driver worked pretty damn good.Short game I can pull back. :)

( plus westwood is a pretty unforgiving course)

But great fun and has given me the urge to play again and leedsfan was good company on the course.

Makes a change not having a gang of people loudly wishing hurtful shit on your ball ....
