I've got mcafee on this PC, but it's going to run out soon,
and setting up a network at home, so anyone got any recommendations?

I do like em, but they take the piss cost wise.
They are so expensive here, even more than the US.

AVG. It's great. Been using it for years. Used to be a Norton fan until it screwed up two computers (and missed a LOT of stuff.) And ... it's free.
