Looking For Lyrics Database

Im trying to find somewhere to purchase a database of popular song lyrics, preferably one (or more) that are ready to import in excell format.

Does anyone know where i would find such a thing?

As you look around, be careful... It has been my experience that many many many of the lyrics sites out there are full of unwanted and undesirable downloads..

Yeah, when I'm looking for guitar tabs and lyrics and such anymore, I usually use a text browser...

Too many times cleaning up computers after my thirteen year old daughter just wanted to find an Avril or Simple Plan song :grrr:

Well i have actually started looking on the karaoke supplier sites and i have to say, if their prices are anything to go by, by this time next year ill be be a gazillionaire LOL

Some of the costs for 'lyric' sets of around 50 songs from the 60's are in the $300+ price range LMAO
