Sounds like some ebay action is in order.

Shouldn't be hard to find a grey market canon dealer on there selling it with a cheap "buy now" price and paypal.

I am not sure of a dealer on line that takes paypal...

But if I may offer up an opinion. I bought a digital rebel last year, before my ten days of "no question" return was up I traded it for a Nikon D70.

The Nikon beats the Canon hands down in my opinion (and this is from someone who has 4 or 5 Canon 35mm's including an AE, I have been a Canon only for 30 years till the Nikon) Nikon sells a real nice set of body and 18-70mm lens that I have seen priced at 999 after a rebate of $100. They also now have the D70s which has a slightly larger LED.

I went and looked at Ritz and they have the Nikon with an 18-50mm lens for $899

yeah, my wife put a $700 cap on my spending though...and i have found 1 or 2 dealers that take paypal, but they want almost $1000 for the same canon setup that others want $650 for

I personally wanted the D70, but after buying everything, extended warranty and other shit, it was $1180
