So that ugly banner farm page from hell I mentioned the other day is allegedly a blog? http://www.oprano.com/msgboard/index.php?showtopic=19347

You know one can call a pig a racehorse all they want but it's still a pig.

Next question is since they own 1/3 of Penthouse, why does their top banner go to Playboy? :zoinks:

Hmmmm... If Ibill is quoted correctly, then I can just smell the lawsuits coming - what would a large size adult paysite program like ARS think about their members getting spammed by the processor?

Anyone remember when IBill put an extra $1 "charity" charge on all new signups - this is almost deja vu...

Who can forget the famous "we're in such deep shit we need a way to create instantaneous massive volume micro sales" scheme!

If that didn't send out signals out too even the thickest webmaster that they were sailing aboard The Titanic then nothing did.

“It’s just a way to give them [webmasters] something else that other billing companies aren’t giving them,” Spaniak told XBiz. “It’s something we do to support webmasters who do business with us.”

are they completely giving up on trying to offer what other billing companies ARE giving their webmasters... like .... uhm.... oh, i dont know.... little things like regular and reliable payments?

is it just me ... or does their “something we do to support webmasters who do business with us.” have ads plastered all over the place with ibill referral codes... and ccbill referral codes (which suggests paid advertising)

Not necessarily paid, maybe they’re trying their luck at being the affiliate for a change, seeing as they suck balls at processing… I wonder how hard they’ll scrub their own signups <_<

I got one of these ibill spams to an address I used at the very, very beginning of the biz and I don't think I've used in at least 5 years? And I've never processed with ibill though I may have used a program that processed through them, but again, it would have been 5+ years ago with that email addy. Interesting.
