I recommend that you get ‘your guy’ to take a look at the publication laws here in the UK, tell him to look up Graham Waddon as well as it'll give some further insight. It doesn’t matter where my servers are as it’s the point of publication that decides the residing court.

Plus the publication laws will give some insight into where I stand regarding libel and defamation in printed or digital media forms.

You may also want to get another ‘guy’ for this because the one you’ve got is giving you legal advice on a publication that is yet to exist, is he using e.s.p? Neither you nor him have any idea of the format or content of the site.

Peaches we are great here. We really lucked out. The only problem we had was someone dock was destroyed and a large part of it was tangled in mine - I could not lift it out of the water, but I was able to sheppard it around and move it down.

High tide will be in a few hours, so it will be curious to see how far the water goes up.

I am also very pleased to storm missed NO as well.
