She's now released and free. There is widespread outrage about it even though everyone knew it was coming.

She actually gave an exclusive interview to the French language Canadian Broadcasting Corporation yesterday.

Says she still plans on living in the Montreal area.

I can't even come up with one of my usual snappy replies. As i've said befoer this touches really close to home for me as one of the girls was taken less than 4 blocks from where i was living at the time. She should be shot.

That's all i have to say about that

Mooses can be very scary when you encounter them while driving a 1960 VW Beetle.

Of course, the one I encountered was in Maine, so it was probably an American moose - since Maine is mostly American (except Old Orchard Beach in the summertime). That means it was a bigger, taller, more mooser moose than the Canadian variety. :salute:

She played the battered wife forced to go along with her husband. The prosecutors bought it and used her testimony to convict him.

If I remember correctly, a couple of years after both were convicted some videotapes showed up in their old house that depicted her more as a willing participant.

My oldest daughter stopped to just in time avoid a herd crossing the road in front of her - only to be slammed into by one trying to catch up with the rest of them.

She'd owned her brand new Grand Cherokee for a total of 9 days. Did $2,500 worth of damage to the passenger side front fender/grill/bumper.
