Well...comparitively speaking. In VA Beach, I can get one 3 bedroom townhouse for what I can buy two 2 story houses here on 2 acres with a full basement. :D I was looking at an investment property this morning on 1.5 acres, 4 BR with full basement, needs a new coat of paint and the lawn mowed, $40K. ;) I can turn that over in a month and make probably $5 - $10k on it.




But my credit sucks so I've got to find other channels. :(
