Dear Affiliates,

We thank you for your patience while we determined our official stance regarding 2257 compliance. Since the inception of the original record keeping act requirements of 2257 Xplor Media doing business as Homegrown Video has maintained records according to the requirements. New Destiny Internet Group will continue to be the exclusive licensor for Homegrown Video and Xplor Media content for the internet. As always Xplor and New Destiny are committed to maintaining documentation and upholding the law.

Like many other companies, we have been working around the clock to make sure that all our records are properly maintained and indexed and cross referenced.

We have judiciously waited to the last minute to make an announcement in order to obtain vast legal advice and to make a reasonable decision.

Online stores which feature our products will be provided soft-core versions of our box covers for display.

Affiliates will have the following requirements:

Affiliates of Homegrown Video can only use our soft-core pictures and clips for galleries and only soft-core banners will be permitted. Webmasters that wish to design their own banners and templates for galleries must get design approval from New Destiny Internet Group.

We are confident that we have made the best decisions possible to protect not only our clients and affiliates but also the confidentiality of the models we feature in our content. We thank all our clients and affiliates for their continued support of Homegrown Video. We look forward to serving you well into the future.

If there are any questions then please feel free to contact me directly.
