Mike, good thing you went for a 'fixer upper". It is beautiful with lots of space.

When is the house warming? It looks perfect for entertaining.

KK - I would not be where I am in life without both of my parents. But yes, my mom played a key role in landing this house and making sure everything went smoothly at closing.

Biggy the house is 5 miles south of Clearwater Beach.

The pictures of the guest room of the NOLA house had Billy in them - that's pretty fancy when your guest room comes complete with its own guest!

Mike is that pool big enough to do a Fat Fucking Cannonball contest in?

I know the idea had to be changed last year becasue the pool is shallow at the hotel to a flop. But since its your place.... Id hope we could have the real cannonball contest like we origianlly talked about.

Once we are set up we will have a FFN BBQ Cookoff and cannonball contest!!

KK - I sent my mom your regards.

Bestat- I wish I could take credit for photos and decorating, but these were taken by a professional for use by real estate agent. We are changing a lot of the interior design with our furniture. Though it will not look to much differently.

I will snap photos once we have everything in.

It is wierd being in a new place, trying to find al lthe stores, reaturants, etc... It's fun!

Congratulations Mike! That property is amazing, and I love the decor. Good job.

It's also great that I finally have a place for my boat for the winter! Got room for a cutter-rigged Hylas 54 back there??

Looks like a great spot!!!! I didn't see a boat dock? I guess in a spot like that, you feel like you are already living in the water:-)

Did you buy a show house that was already done? or did you start from scratch?

Anyway - it iS FABULOUS!

The guy who built it owns a cabinet company, so the wood on the dock is Brazilian hardwood.... he went a little overboard.

Oooh, Brazilian hardwood. I generally get wood when I see a Brazilian, but that's a different story. :D

Congratulations Mike. I wish you all the best in the new place.

I have a boat we can all pitch in an give him :)

Of course, it's going to take all of us to row it down there...and I don't think more than two of us can get in it at the same time.....
