They usually ask and we tell them it's a baseball bat... them they go into, Really??? You know that can get you into trouble don't you??? and on and on... We tell them that has only happened once and the fine was less than the added collection fee... and that we never have to reduce the settlement price down... It's usually good for a laugh... Now I can just tell them "We get great results from manandbatinc.com"
