Actually we rented a place in Historic Annapolis Maryland last Thursday to shoot video for http://www.thecaptainsilver.com
That's my current side project with a good friend here in Maryland

We're going to release the video whenever my silly ass gets time to edit, give the DVD out, submit it to some websites, then a clothing line and some public appearances. Try to garner some attention to the project (we're not afraid of getting sponsors and funding) as strange as it seems we've already had a few advertising inquires

Basically we're trying to get our bar tab paid while we're getting drunk
Or get paid for doing nothing and having fun
- think about it, Seinfeld was a show about ....
....... Nothing ...... and I have a lot of experience doing nothing


The gist of the whole thing is Vick the Fallen Angel made Captain Silver a deal, life immortal and the record of his acts of piracy erased
That leaves Vick and Silver hanging out and getting drunk. So occasionally they have a go at each at other (when not drinking, carousing and accosting others for fun)
It pits Silver's science against Vick's magic
The results range from funny to campy - beware of Silver's long winded soliloquies and Vick's sappy final thoughts

Silver sounds a bit like Captain Jack Sparrow
Vick sounds like ... Vick

In real life Silver resembles Orlando Bloom a bit
(that makes him the pretty one)

Also Silver stole an artist to do the art work, he's to do the on-line cartoon and keep the website up
He's kept below deck

Right now we're working with mainstream sponsors, the sponsor gets a mention in the video and we can post advertising to their product from the website

We're very cost efficient at this time. Truthfully I'd suggest waiting until we get video posted on some places like atomfilms.com as we'll have more exposure then and be able to offer a better R.O.I
