I would consider it VERY borderline, erring on the side of nude, rather than non-nude. What's the difference between seeing one inch of penis or two inches, or three, or eight? Not much. But big difference between seeing one inch and ZERO inches.

On a side note, he needs to wash those underwear. They're not so white anymore. :barfon:
