View Full Version : My Bride is Home from the Hospital!

Melissa, my wife, came home on Sunday. You wouldn't believe how quickly they do things, even with open hear surgery.

I am so thankful that she was in a hospital that took such good care of her. We are very fortunate.

Right now, she feels like there is an elephant on her chest; but the prognosis is excellent and she also wanted me to thank everyone for their kind thoughts and wishes.

It feels good to breathe a sigh of relief.

there's a lot of grumbling about medical care in this country, but there truly are some gifted doctors out there working their butts off...

Great to hear!

My father had open-heart 6 or 7 years ago. Its amazing what medicine can do today.

Thankfully, the hospital was first-rate. Her nursing care was excellent. Everything went smoothly, for which we are very grateful.

And, you guys are awesome. Thank you for all of your well wishes and sincerely heart felt sentiments. I have passed them on to my wife. Being home makes all the difference.
