Can you imagine working for a company that has a little more than 500 employees and has the following statistics:

29 have been accused of spousal abuse

7 have been arrested for fraud

19 have been accused of writing bad checks

117 have directly or indirectly bankrupted at least 2 businesses

3 have done time for assault

71 cannot get a credit card due to bad credit

14 have been arrested on drug-related charges

8 have been arrested for shoplifting

21 are currently defendants in lawsuits

84 have been arrested for drunk driving in the last year

It's the 535 members of the United States Congress.

With "employees" like that and a "CEO" like Dubya, it's easy to understand how that "company" currently has a negative cash-flow of:

So what are they doing to fix this??? .... Well, they're getting porn off the Net ...

I just scaled that down and did the percentages.

Compared to Whitcon/Netpond 1999 -2003 , they were light weights :)

maybe i am wrong. Noriega wasnt a corrup dictatort. Argentina and Columbia have really nice, efficient clean governments. Brazil has absolutely no corruption:) the splinter states left over from the soviet union do not let corruption interfere with politics. the chinese government isnt corrupt at all, it owns 50% of all business in china for the good of the economy:)

not my point at all. i did not deny that politicians in america are corrupt, i balked at the "only in america" comment, wanna borrow my library card?;) You're further arguments have nothing to do with my point. My point did not require an essay on the history of politics in the regions indicated, as the counterpoint reflected no such depth.
