We already offered guys the chance to name and shame, to give the newbies the advantage .. people were not inclined to put their allegations in print.

Since their statements allowed for potential legal recourse, many did not wish to malign anyone else, even though they were allegedly ripped off shamelessly. Point in question Pearl Noir ..
