All of you drive by spammers and guys who continually want to post about your specials... heres a free shot to promote. Tell us who you are and how you are going to comply with 2257.

My guess is most of you have been furiously running these specials in an effort to dump content that you will be unable to comply with. So lets hear from you. Be prepared to have BULLSHIT called on you if you randomly drop in to just promote your special. That will tell me you have no intention of compliance and were just here for one last run at strip mining the community.

WorldWide Content Ounique all you "specials" loudmouths. Where are you now?

What's the big deal about giving a model release & ID's with the photo set or video ?

Always have & always will.....

I wouldn't put any images on HOTSLIDES.COM (http://www.hotslides.com/index.htm) if I didn't have a MR & ID's,
like I would imagine most of the content providers.

Have you read the new guidelines?

Okay, I admit that I don't get to Oprano as often as I'd like, but I don't spam here with every single special we run either. You have every right to call me on not posting a lot, but calling me a "loudmouth" is not very nice.

At any rate. We've always given the custodian of records info to any of our clients who have asked for it because at the time that was what was required. Now that the full documentation is required, that is what we will give. We are hard at work getting all the docs in order so that we can give them to our clients with as little hassle as possible.

And we have a lot of content that is ready to go with full 2257 documentation so that anyone who is looking for content right now won't have to wait. And you are right, there will be a lot of people having blowout specials trying to grab the last buck before they fold, leaving the webmasters in our community with a bunch of useless content. I've been in this community for years and I choose to stay in this community because I like the family atmosphere and the fact that a lot of us stick together. I can assure you that World Wide Content has nothing but our clients' best intrest at heart.

WTF!!!!

Are you sending out all the docs to the previous customers that didn't request it so they can be covered?

Or should they just scrap what they have?

from day one of our shop we were selling all sets with IDs - we even have some sets in the shop were we claim that they are not compliant cause we have just one ID of the model, not two. since i saw the new law i know i can also sell those sets now cause only one government issued picture id is required.

as far as it comes to model releases we did it like WWC - we provided our address as the custodian of records. this will change now due to the new regulations - but I can't say that i am extremely happy about that. Luckily our main business is exclusive content which makes it easier to handle because of less different customers.
