Yeah its really only the last 3 posts that contain the 'nitty gritty' though.
I do however forsee things going back to how they were pre 2000 when i joined the porn business :)
99% of adult webmasters realistically, are going to be unable to maintain the types of records required.
Lets hope the FSC can do some damage to this later today.
I'd still like to know how this would affect me in the UK...
I know it does now for the fact I have servers in the US, but when I move them to say... Panama, this wouldn't affect me at all... or would it

I hope the FSC manages to challenge the rules. The idea of trading freedoms away for profit isn't something I like at all.

That's a great discussion that's going on over there Lee. There certainly are some interesting parts to what they have adopted and their official comments on matters as well.

I'm glad my sites are softcore... although I'm not fully exempt.
I have a lawyer going over everything on my paysites during the next 1-2 weeks.

webhosts seem to be exempt.. so it looks like you wouldn't even have to move to a non-US host.
as a UK resident, laws of the US don't apply to you.
im not a lawyer, but thats just my personal take..
