As most of you know, I went to Alaska to spread some of my son's ashes. He went there with my brother back in 1998 and said it was his favorite spot ever. We found a nice park in Seward and put them in the bay there. Without getting all freaky there were several "signs" that this trip was supposed to happen (how else do you explain going to a state market and out of approximately 12 dogs there, 5 are pugs?? :P ).

Miss Eve and KC not only got me tons of restaurant recommendations ("Best ever!") but had breakfast with us and didn't tell my Baptist brother I was in porn, took me to an incredible meal AND drove around until they found me moose! :)

Thanks so much you two - it made what was really a bad event into an enjoyable one!! And they're such a cute couple :inlove:

Now if I could only find a decent house for a good price in one of the remote areas..... :rokk:

Never an easy time Peaches, and I am so glad you found the right area to place some of his ashes. Seward does look intensely beautiful.

Are you looking to move to Alaska?

It was our pleasure baby! It was so great meeting you and we loved playing tour guide. Get back up here and buy a house.......I will show you all of the "best evers" !
Im glad you made it home in one piece, I know this was a tough trip but I think you will always be happy that you didnt procrastinate it.

We went fishing out of Seward on Friday and the weather was overcast but we saw bears, mountain goats, sea otters, puffins, whales etc. We didn't catch any King Salmon but it was still fun and we caught some bass, halibut, cod etc.

Sounds like you had a great trip, Peaches!! As to Miss Eve and KC, doesn't surprise me a bit. Good people!!

Well let's see...it has been oh 8 years and I am still waiting to meet Miss Eve! I hope you gave her a big ole hug for me. She was one of the first peeps I talked with when I started in this industry.

Glad you are home safe and sound Peaches Migilicutty! Are you going to be in SD? I miss you already:)
