Red and I saw the 12:01am show last night. Great special effects, as you would expect, and the story picked up right after the "Clone Wars" cartoon series that was on Cartoon Network left off. I am a big Star Wars fan, and always have been, but I felt more than a little let down by this film. I kept hearing that it was a powerful storyline, very dark (which it was. Lots of limbs get cut off of lots of people in this one), and the best one next to "Empire". My first thought when the film was over was that it was the worst one next to "Phantom Menace". I may think more of it after watching it a few more times, but time will tell. Still worth going to see if you are a fan. If not, then wait for the DVD... or go find the download.
