anyone here read criminoligists predictions?

There are 2 famous guys, I can try and look up names for those who want it - I was reading it a week or two ago.

These guys made predictions about how terrorism would affect law enforcement starting in the mid 90s. They also made predictions that within the next 20-30 years, there will be a lot more prosecution for victimless crimes - specifying pornography. A lot of talk about pornography etc.

Get used to legislation, its going to be part of the business.

FYI, they use info like trends in prosecutions, legislation being passed on the topic, public concern, etc to form the predictions. My opinion is porn will not run wild for the future, and it will just continue to grow as a business so the gov't wants to keep it in check. You have to admit, some of the stuff out there right now is extremely borderline, especially when it comes to degradation of women and depiction of the age of girls.

I argue constantly with my friends over this.

(For example my comments in the "Gangbang Thread")

I'll let other people deal with the production of content.

I'll concentrate on garnering traffic.

We carry on the tradition of Oprano... one thing is for sure. No one can accuse us of kissing each others ass.

If they do they are ex cons living in Granny's house raiding the kids trust fund.

And I'd guess 97% of porn webmasters do not have Counsel retained nor seek advice .

From my experience, it is always part of ANY business

And the only ones who make big money are always operating in that thin grey line between legal and illegal.
