As Resolved at the first Oprano Summit:

Gonzo and myself are pleased to announce that Newton has been given the post of Chief Operating Officer of Oprano.

He will be responsible for all the day to day running of Oprano reporting to Gonzo and myself.

In all matters concerning Oprano please refer to Newton.

In Newton's absence , Trev will act as his deputy.

If you have not added these two gentlemen to ICQ , I suggest you do. :)

We are delighted to have promoted from within the orgainisation to these posts :)

We liked the applicants that their boardtracker went off and they joined here long enough to post a few messages and send email to tell us how they were going to run the place. We asked several to show us what they would do...and they did.... disappear!

Several family applicants were however evaulated over the weekend.... Newton proved he could step up to the plate and deliver.

Lets see, a less formal version .. I have been a designer at heart for as long as I can remember, at the outset working with the very first 286 machines spread out onto the market, which lead me into adult bbs and the design.

Working and designing the interfaces/video for the fmv cd-i which then lead me onto 3d graphics and the very first version of 3d studio max for dos. Which lead to me creating 3d porn models in my spare time.

Worked as a doorman for quite some time, seeing the more interesting aspects of life and although fun for a while, not quite the epihany I was seeking.

Started getting itchy feet as to what was out there, and moved to Europe, working for corporate investment banking houses, became a project manager, then onto management putting teams together for clients, Sales & Marketing, Advertising agencies. Through it all, there have been roles within adult that I was involved in and this was an epiphany.

Working for companies owned by presidential nominees didn't quite appeal anymore, as I work for the enjoyment of it, not the financial rewards and rightly wrongly as that may seem to some, it was a question of being happy with what I did. Flying back and forth Europe each and every week, not having a home but a retreat for weekends and living constantly in hotels became extremely tedious.

I knew that my future lay in adult similar to a moth seeking a flame, a passion that could not be denied.
