LOL, I voted 4:00 and the only vote showing is 6 AM - It won't let me vote again as it says I have already voted ?? :D

I haven't had a regular sleeping schedule in 12 years, I would say for the most part roughly 4 AM.

I think a better question would be what is the longest time you have stayed on a regular sleeping schedule as an adult webmaster :)

I am always awake until at least midnight with the norm being around 1am these days. Used to be a lot later but then I got married and Jen is a morning type person, up and about by 6am..

Thats all central time of course :)

Let's see ... last night I went to bed at 5:30 and woke up at 6:00 ... Weird thing is I feel great, LOL ! Better than if I get a full night sleep. I seem to be more energetic and have better days in general when I'm working off 3-5 hours

Anything more than that I feel fatigues the next day.

I was just thinking reading this......

I bet there is loads of webmasters doing 100 hour weeks.

When their income is calculated at an hourly rate , I bet there are loads not making minimum wage.

11pm for me....when I first started webmastering 4am wasn't unusual....but these days my body just doesn't let me stay up past 11....I'm getting old...lol

But, I like it...I love being up really early when then house is still quiet and I can squeeze an hour or 2 in of work before the kiddies all get up and start rushing the kitchen getting ready for school....doesnt always happen like that...but the days it does I really dig it. :)

I'll go to sleep between midnight and 2AM normally, back up around 8 or 9.
