Serge, what is the difference between Cabernet shariz, and cabernet Saviougn ?

My wife wanted to get a bottle of red wine, and I noticed these two at the store, can you elaborate on the difference for a novice such as myself please?

Cabernet / Shiraz is a blend of 2 grapes, Shiraz and Cabernet

Cabernet Savignion is a grape (usually blended especially in Bordeaux)

The REAL question you should ask her is:
does she want American or French oak?
