24 season two

Damn.... The past week or so I have gone to bed some nights and popped in the DVD's for season two of 24 and I finished it last night. Fuck, that's an awesome show!!! I always seemed to end up watching one more episode than I had planned as I wanted to keep on watching it. :P I sent the DVD's back in the mail today for Netflix and while I had Trek scheduled for my next shipment I think season 3 of 24 is gonna be put in the quene in front of it. I wanna find out what happens with President Palmer, his ex-wife, and other loose ends that weren't tied up in the last episode.

I thought the first series of 24 rocked but I just couldn't get in to the rest of them at all.

Mind, we did have Stargate Atlantis, Deadwood and the new series of Enterprise all start around the same time as every new 24 season, so who can blame me :)

The first season was excellent with the new concept of the show, but season 2 was not nearly as good. I stuck it out for season 3 which was a huge improvement, and season 4 is fanfuckingtastic!

I know where you're coming from TE. Tony loaned me the first season on DVD on a Friday, and that night I decided to start watching since everyone raved about it. I watched five episodes Friday night, 17 (yes, SEVENTEEN) episodes Saturday, and the last two episodes first thing Sunday morning. I couldn't stop! hahaha

I gave the DVD's back to Tony the following Monday, and he was like "don't you like it?" I said "yeah, I'm done..." LOLOL

I actually enjoyed season two slightly better than I did season one because of the politics aspect of it. I'm a politics junkie and the political intruige was soemthing I really liked. Also, this season I was only cheering for the bad guys to kill jack's daughter and the presidents ex-wife where last year I wanted those two to die as well as jack's wife and the presidents son. I was VERY happy when Jack's wife bought it at the end. Nothing pleases me more than seeing annoying characters die!! :lol:
