I think if anyone is guilty at this moment in time, its the damn kids parents.

Should they not have acted responsibly in the first place and not left heir kids alone with the guy?

They should have shown due diligence in making sure this couldnt have happened if in fact, it did.

Technically not.

I agree with Lee, if this had happened over here the social services would have lifted the kids in a heartbeat.

Hell I remember about 10/15 years ago they lifted 39 kids from 27 families in Middlesbrough within 3 weeks. Just for it to turn out to have been a mistake.

Jacko is weird but the parents need stringing up!

seriously though I think he's fondled some kids. not sure about these ones. he's made some great music though so he should get a pass. :ph34r:

I'd hate to be on that jury cause my gut would say he's guilty as fuck all BUT from what i've seen of the case the prosecution has just fucked this case up royally and I'd have a real hard time voting for conviction with the piss porr case they have prosecuted. If I had kids they wouldn't be anywhere near that man. Those parents are idiots no matter what the verdict is.

TE is right the prosecution is fucking this up nearly as bad as they did the OJ case.
