So last night....about 10.30 , I'm on the deck having a cigarette.

Up the road at a great pace of speed comes a brilliant white object about the size of a softball.

I mean brilliant white and moving quick..

Then it stops ..pauses for a second and shoots straight up.

Weird....strange smell of burning hair.

Technick has two theories...

1.) I've totally lost my mind , its time for the men in white coats.
2.) it was the rarely seen ( existence denied by some) ball lightning.

It does match every thing I've read online today of ball lightning..

"At a nearby caravan site, Mrs Kitty Cox was out walking her two dogs.

'Suddenly, there was a tremendous clap of thunder, and the from the land right across in front of us I heard screaming, and children ran away, and this hissing came in front of trailing what looked like a copper ribbon two or three inches wide at the back of it. My dogs panicked, and I watched as it went past very quickly, hissing and whirring, and went right across into the sea."

I have to agree with Technick’s theories.

We still need to find out if you're a nutter before we take the 'ball lightning' theory in to account :)

I've seen things in the sky that are completely unexplainable. I was however on acid at the time I saw them so I am not really sure how much water any argument I put forth would hold. :(

I've seen UFO at least 10 times if not more

The last time was in a small club, was too funny. Phil Mogg had a lyric cheet sheet. I mean come on, he's been doing some of those songs for 25-30 years now

There are a lot of strange things out there that can't be explained .. devoid of any sense or reason .. such as disco ..
