Reliable - and amazingly cheap - dunno about Amex but they have always correctly fulfilled my orders.

Consults are only $40.00 and on their CC PAge hey had an amex card but in the drop down menu they only accepted Visa.. at the worst case scenario sure COD's would be fine...

The downside is they seem a little pricey,
