I eat pleanty of red meat, and pleanty of fish, drinky pleanty of wine, and I can say for sure i'd make more money without (mostly the wine/spirit category) the thing about these countries is they don't really expect all that much out of life, they have obligations to their elder and younger family members. they just keep going.
