Simple solution would be to send a DMCA notice to the person, his host, his host's host, his payment processor, his domain registrar, and anyone else you can think of. List the infringing photos by name and URL and make sure you are clear about which images are infringing.

Hmmm.. I didn't see what it looked like originally. But there is a site there now. They have a logo saying "sexdepot.com" but the address bar is still showing the squiretrdepot.com addy and they are toting their specialty being female ejaculation (which I guess is squirting)

I don't know your content so wouldn't recognize it if I checked, but you might check and make sure they just didnt throw a new front page over the original shit...

edited in: It looks like they have removed all hrefs and images, so probably nothing there to check :)
